Annunciation Choir
For nearly a century, the Annunciation Choir has enriched the worship life of our parish, and our 125th anniversary offers an opportunity to honor the many singers, directors, and composers who have shaped this legacy. We celebrate the Greek Orthodox musical tradition upheld through generations and supported by the National Forum of Greek Orthodox Musicians.
As part of this milestone, composer Alexander Pierce Hill has been invited to lead a regional choir workshop and share his newly composed Divine Liturgy, representing a vibrant continuation of this tradition. A unified choir from Annunciation and sister parishes will present his work at the October 4 Divine Liturgy in Elkins Park, coinciding with National Greek Orthodox Musician’s Sunday.
